Our Ministry Team is an amazing group of people who has discovered their gifts and passions by completing our Next Step Program and are actively serving in church, living out their passions. We’ve got different teams on duty every Sunday, serving our people, giving them direction and making sure that everyone feels welcome.

You can join any of our ministry teams by completing our Next Step program.
Our Next Step program guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Next Step is made up of four steps that equip you to 1) connect to the church, 2) discover the strengths of your purposeful design, 3) develop your personal leadership, and 4) use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.
Areas of service
The Baruch Kidz Team exemplifies Baruch’s Core Values (Being Spirit-Led, walking in love, demonstrating unity) through engaging with the kids that attend our services.

The Hospitality Team exemplifies Baruch’s Core Values (Being Spirit-led, walking in love, demonstrating unity) through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and informed at our services and events. Team members use their gifts to open doors, welcome and provide worship guides for each guest as well as manage the coffee area.

The Marshall Team exemplifies Baruch’s Core Values (Being Spirit-led, walking in love, demonstrating unity) through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Using their gifts, team members strive to provide our guests with a positive distraction free, comfortable atmosphere allowing them to worship and hear the message of God.

The Next Step Team exemplifies Baruch’s Core Values (Being Spirit-led, walking in love, demonstrating unity) through a variety of roles that help guests take their next steps in discovering the purpose God has for their lives. Team members use their gifts to welcome and provide Next Step materials for each guest. They also assist guests by answering questions, and helping them connect what they have learned to their best next steps.

The Parking Team exemplifies Baruch’s Core Values (Being Spirit-led, walking in love, demonstrating unity) through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and safe as they drive onto our campus. Each team member helps to provide clear direction to the best parking for our guests. As the first “face” of Jesus and Baruch Church, we seek to exhibit our Core Values in all we do!

The Performing Arts Team exemplifies Baruch’s Core Values (Being Spirit-led, walking in love, demonstrating unity) through song, media, lights, dance and various creative arts.
